Beachfront home with ocean facing deck and ocean views throughout modern kitchen

We booked this home to celebrate thanksgiving with family and to have some days to relax without any visitors. The location is perfect, the view is phenomenal and the layout of the home is cozy. We will continue to return to this home despite some minor issues.

We loved the coziness of the home, the comfy beds and the updated kitchen, but the best thing was the closeness to the beach and ocean! The deck was perfect for viewing and relaxing. I hope we can stay here again!

You cannot beat the location, view and set up for a family stay. They upgraded the dishwasher since the last visit, which is great. The only issue this time was cleanliness. There were peanuts under the coffee table and couch. We had a trail of tiny ants on the kitchen counter that we would clean up daily. I'm not sure exactly where they were coming from, but you would find them on the walls in the kitchen too. They found their way to anything we left on the counter, even for a short period of time. This is the first time we've had this issue after staying multiple stays and just wanted to make sure cleaning staff was aware. Even with that issue, we wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. It's cozy and you feel like you're at the beach without ever leaving the house.

There was ant infestation in the kitchen which had not been treated prior to our arrival nor was there any ant spray in the home. We woke to all our unopened dry goods crawling with ants and had to throw out all the groceries we had bought prior to our 8 hour drive to the house. We weren’t able to cook or use the kitchen as we had planned to do and instead had to eat out every meal. I contacted Vacasa to get some assistance, they were rude and unhelpful. They said someone would be by to treat the infestation but nobody ever showed up. Truly disappointed in the customer service received by the employees that I spoke with.

Nice house and location. Would rent it again if visiting area in future.

This is our 4th visit to this home, so we obviously love it. The addition of the new living room chairs is nice. Our favorite is always time on the large deck. The layout & large airy windows from the dining area, living room & main bedroom is amazing! Had some ants, but someone dropped off ant bait traps very quickly.
