Dog friendly beach house with private hot tub free WiFi game room and ocean views

THEY say ROKU TV, there are Only 2 TV's in ENTIRE HOME and local CABLE ONLY they are so old! ALSO, the couch is so used and so old in living room it bruised 3 people's tailbone as they sat to close to the middle of 2 cushions. The HOT tub is SO OLD it almost won't work!!! NOT AS PICTURED NOTHING in this house depicted what was pictured for almost $1800..... to check in 4pm on 1st RENTED night and CHECK OUT 10am on last day PAID rental was started the 8th of July and had to be OUT Saturday 10am the 11th of July and everything we had ON HAND WAS 10-15YRS OLD INCLUDING THE FURNITURE

the house is a great place for a family or group of friends, 5 min walk to the beach and the house itself is set up like a little compound (with private outdoor hangout spots)

Beautiful beach house. So comfortable and perfect for our girls weekend get away! Short walk to the beach and the hottub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back and excited to bring my fur kid next time since dog friendly which is a nice bonus! 😊

We LOVE this beach house at Nadonna Beach! This is our second summer in this house and we already have our reservation for next summer!!

Rental house in OR This house could be a 5 star. Pros Kitchen was well stocked. Accommodated 12. 3 children 9 adults 2 people on pull outs Walking distance to a lovely beach Quiet street Game room in garage Cons Outside: Got tub was sandy inside and dirty Patio furniture cushions were filthy Entry rugs were disgusting Garage was very dirty Fire pit is a fire hazard and very close to trees and bushes Outside of house and windows need a deep cleaning and or painting Yard needs to be swept and maintained Flower beds need attention and low maintenance plants, low water plants Sidewalks and pathways were dirty Inside: Kitchen floors were very dirty and had not be mopped before arrival. Kitchen table cloth was stuck to the table Carpets were not vacuumed In the above garage space All grouted surfaces need a deep clean Windows need to be cleaned Baseboards need to be cleaned Carpets need to be shampooed Primary room with bathroom shower door doesn’t close all the way Beds are hard and uncomfortable. We used all available blankets under fitted sheets to try to help. TV speaker system needs to be addressed The couch in the tv room is incredibly uncomfortable. For 5 people it was fine otherwise you were sitting on bars. Blinds are all filthy and many need repairs or need to be replaced. Curtains need to be washed Washing machine not working properly Dishwasher bottom rack not working properly Fridge door top rack was broken and in the cupboard up above. It needs to be replaced. More beach towels for a house that holds up to 12. We did don’t let this keep us from having a good time but we could not help but think about the potential of this house if it was properly cared for.
