Location is great- privacy up on the hill with lots of space and just a short walk to the beach. Driveway is steep! Housecleaning needs a litte more attention to detail but otherwise we enjoyed the large dining room table and comfy couches. We did not use the downstairs living space much as it was pretty cold unless you cranked up the heat but then it was a little too warm upstairs. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the deck!

Best part of the property is the ocean view. Saw some beautiful sunsets from the deck. We also enjoyed the fireplace. The beach was about 8 blocks from the house. The newer refrigerator was the best feature in the kitchen. The view from the large dining table was great. On the negative side-the area rugs and the bathroom rug was dirty and the couches smelled bad upstairs.
