We have now stayed in this house 4 summers in a row. Perfect for our family. Hot tub is a great bonus. Yard is perfect for the dogs. Location is great. Close to everything yet far enough away to get the quiet and seclusion for a relaxing vacation. Hoping that after the sale of the house it will go back on Vacasa for future summer rentals.

Just so cozy, and so close to the beach. On cold days we can build a fire, and read a book near the big windows, then sit in the hot tub. A wonderful get-away.

The location is great, just a quick 5 min walk to an endless beach. The fishing pond across the way is great for bird watching - we saw eagles and red wing blackbirds plus a giant raccoon. The deck and hot tub are wonderful. The house's location provides great wind protection so it was warm on the deck, even in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans as well as a few pantry items. The bedrooms are nice with the windows open. The house itself is definitely coastal - it has a strong musty smell which just feels like things have invisible mildew on them. I lived on the coast for years so I understand this happens but I've stayed in other coastal rentals that didn't have that. The dishwasher didn't work, we tried it on two different settings. The wifi was pretty spotty in the evenings for some reason. Overall pretty good rental - nice to be out of the crowds of Rockaway Beach and to be situated between RB and Wheeler/Nehalem/Manzanita.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lily Pad. The location is great for exploring the North Coast and a short walk to the beach. It was nice having a view of the pond across the road and the coastal mountains. The house was very clean and bright. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare fresh local seafood. The Hot Tub made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend The Lily Pad for a coastal getaway!
