Oceanfront home with a washer dryer and beach access

Valhalla is a very large home & we had enough room for 12. The beautiful new furniture & floors added so much. Disappointed the dryer didn’t heat…especially when a repairman had been out during week & declared it fixed. We had a breaking accident in the house…when I called the Vacasa company…the gentleman couldn’t have been nicer & said insurance for accidents are included in our fees paid. The local manager called to make sure no one was hurt. Very nice & not accusing at all. Of course that view is the show stopper!!! The fire pit was wonderful in the evening!

Great view of the beach but beware of steep access

This house is right on the beach, it is great for large families as there is plenty of space. You can hang out on the patio and watch the kids play in the sand right below you, it would be nice to have additional chairs and maybe a table on the large patio. The improvements to the living room with new flooring and furniture is greatly apricated as we have stayed in this home several times. Truthfully we are pretty easy going and I know there are several others that have listed negatively about the house, can somethings be improved sure, but we go for the beach and the patio. Please fix the ice machine as this has been broken for two year, if not provide ice trays. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans to support a large family, this was never an issue. The whole family loves having the fire pit on the property, could use a couple of more chairs as the ones there now currently have been very well loved and are showing it. The Guest services was fantastic, we had a hot water tank go out and a coffee pot that would not work, they were very quick as getting these items fixed. We had a temporary fix for the hot water tank until the new one could be installed, it is good thing that this house has three and plumbers did a great job moving lines for us.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of town and was comfortable for our groups stay. We will definitely come back and stay longer when we do!

This is a perfect house for a family get-together right on the beach. The house itself is well laid out and very spacious. It is a bit dated, but nothing that affects the quality of the stay. Plenty of items in the kitchen for large family meals (we had 9 show up). The private balcony on the master suite is an awesome bonus! A few issues with the appliances in the house, but nothing we couldn't work around. Be warned, parking for this place is very limited. If you are planning on using all 14 bed options, you better carpool with large vans or SUVs, but even then, it might be a tight fit. We would consider staying here again for a family gathering.
