Oceanfront Villa with WiFi Private Hot Tub Balconies Beach Access and Game Room

First, the good: The view is beautiful and the location is great. The house was clean with plenty of extra towels and linens (once we found them). The loft is fabulous for those traveling with young children, with a nice assortment of toys. Lots of video game systems throughout. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the ocean and storms that passed through. The kids (both young and old) appreciated the game room. I loved the large dining room table that accommodated our large group. And again, the view and location are great. Now the things to be aware of: Do not rent this house if you have access or mobility issues. The kitchen is on the THIRD floor, and the elevator doesn't work. Be prepared to schlep your coolers up 2.5 flights of stairs to get to the kitchen, as you are going to get your steps in during your visit. The elevator does not work. Parking is very limited and requires some coordination for loading and unloading if more than two cars are anticipated. If you will have more than 2 cars on site, you have to use the nearby public parking and then walk back to the unit. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the main (3rd) floor leak. During especially stormy times, expect to the "rained on" when sitting near the fireplace. Expect to manage the water that leaks in from multiple windows (thankfully there are plenty of towels and a washer/dryer so you can keep up). There is no lift-arm on the hot tub, so if you take the cover completely off, you are likely to need two people to manuever it back on. Not a big deal, except you either have to still be in the hot tub to do that, or be able to wedge yourself into the minimal clearance on the sides of the tub to get a grip on it. Finally, the shower in the master bedroom, which is impressive, does not get any hotter than 98 degrees. None of these issues were deal-breakers for us, mostly they were annoyances that we managed just fine, but it would have been nice knowing to expect these things going in.

We enjoyed this property. It something for everyone. The kids loved the air hockey and ping pong table. They also loved the play room on the top floor. We loved the beach access and the hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again.

Ocean view

The was beautiful and spacious. I have a family of 10. There was plenty of space for us all. Boys loved being there the only downfall was the stairs. My God what a workout. The location was perfect the view and setting was absolutely stunning. Hot tub was a bonus! Walking distance to local shops. But I tell you if you want a beach front this is the place. Thank you for giving my family such a fun and beautiful place to take our vacation. We do a end of summer trip every year and this might be my go to going forward

The house is soo beautiful and big. The only thing I can complain about is the stairs and check out time. With that many stair they should have given more time for check out. The flight of stairs alone take so much time to bring stuff in or out of the house. Overall, still have fun time.

We stayed here with extended family and loved our stay! Having the beach right outside the back door was amazing and the beds were super comfortable.
