Three Story Beach Townhouse with Ocean View Fireplace Gas Grill and Balcony

Loved the closeness to the beach, close to restaurants and shops in town

We had trouble getting into the unit- apparently the lock was low on battery so we used another code for a different box to retrieve that. The key needed to be turned no less than 40 times to enter the property. The beach side access didn’t have an exterior lock and the people who live across the ally had lots of late night fights and constant weed smoking and dog barking all day. A wet spot was on the ceiling but when we called management, we were told the owner already knew about it. The coffee maker and dishwasher did not work. There was a beach view but it was blocked by buildings and if you cranked your neck and stood on your tippy toes, you could see it. The property was probably amazing at some point but was quite run down during our visit….which was insanely disappointing for the amount of money we paid. I would definitely not stay here again.

The house was clean. It had all the amenities that we needed. We didn’t need anything, but I felt like the staff was there to be very helpful.

We love Rockaway! Every time we visit we see something new. This home is very welcoming and has every amenity needed. While the view is semi obstructed by a residence, you can hear the ocean and have a view to the right and left. The walk to the beach is very close. There are three flights of stairs, so this is not the place for those with mobility issues. We managed fine and would absolutely visit again. Thank you Vacasa staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Well appointed and maintained home. Very cozy and walking distance to many places in town. Loved it!

The condo was cute and the location was fantastic. I appreciated the garage entrance. Read the description carefully. When you enter to home, there is a small living area and sliding glass doors to the back that faces the street before the beach. The stairs take you to the second level with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Another trip upstairs is where you will find the kitchen, half bath and family room. If your legs are not too tired from going up and down all the stairs the location is fantastic for walking around town or going to the beach.
