The house smells like mildew. There is some type of water damage in the upstairs shower ceiling. The walls are gross with random splotches of what might be food in random places. Dust on most lamps. Bar stools had dried food and stains. Deck was questionable as far as safety. Seems there was a hole at one point that they patched with duct tape.

I'll start with what did work: The location and the foosball table. Now for what didn't work - and I wish I could post pictures: The kitchen sink faucet kept falling off. It literally would not stay on. The floors were VERY dirty - like couldn't walk barefoot in the house dirty. There was dog hair everywhere - even on the dinner table. The heater in the downstairs bathroom would not shut off making the bathroom really hot and, since it was also loud, was a drag throughout the night. #couldntsleep OMG! The sheets in one of the bedrooms were terribly stained. Totally gross. The window in the kitchen wouldn't open. I contacted Vacasa several times. They apologized a lot and offered to send folks over to clean it but, by that time, we were well into our two day stay and weren't really into vacating the house to have it cleaned. What I asked for was partial reimbursement which they didn't even acknowledge. I mean at least give me back the cleaning fee!! HORRIBLE! There are lots of other places to rent in this area, I strongly advise you to do so. Given the price, I would never rent this place again.

We loved the spaciousness of the home, and the location. It's easy access to the beach. Our dog loves the ocean, I loved having a river by the entrance to rinse him from the salt water. Thank you!!

Fantastic house especially if you have a big group that can rent both sides. My only gripe was a 4:00 check-in. Got into town way earlier and checked on the house several times there was no one there no cleaners no nothing but they still didn't let us in there till 4:00. Not exactly sure why they told us they would give us an early check-in if it was available which it seemed to be. So I'm giving the house of five star review but not the management
