Dog friendly home with water views washer dryer and fireplace close to beaches

Such a gem! Basically right on the bay and has a great view as well.. The 70s decor, the cool bar and huge space upstairs really makes it so fun and cozy! Would be great for a small group of people.. it is def one of our faves to stay at in Netarts.. this was our second time staying here, and we're def planning on renting it again for sure!

It’s all about the views and location

We love the 70s decor!! This is how our house is decorated so we felt right at home. Beach access was so close and easy, loved listening to the ocean. Upstairs does get pretty warm without A/C, we used the fan provided and open windows in the evening to hang out and it cooled right down. Thank you for being pet friendly, our little dog enjoyed his stay as much as we did!

Proximity and view to bay were great. Spacious and beautiful upstairs space especially. Very disappointed that you had to pay for coin laundry especially as the towels hanging in the bathrooms were still damp like they had been pulled out of dryer in a hurry and we had no way to dry them. There was still a dirty towel from last renter on the ground behind the bathroom door. There was not a garbage liner in sight, even in the garbage can in the kitchen so that was very disappointing because you would expect those things to be available in the house. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs in nooks and crannies and baseboards. The floor baseboard heaters were visibly dirty. Also mentioning here in case someone has a similar experience, we had doors that were not staying closed when we had shut them. My teen son got spooked because he always sleeps with the door closed and when he woke in the night he found his door wide open. I was upstairs by the closet putting away pillows when the Murphy bed door swung open right next to me after having remained closed for entirety of the stay and never being touched for two days. It scared the bejesus out of me and I was glad we were leaving because it definitely spooked me!

We loved the wood grain aesthetic of the place, it has a very homey feel. Very close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the bedrooms!

Spacious, clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great beach access and the community was quiet. Vacasa customer service was very responsive and helpful.
