This cozy house has a lot of room inside and there is plenty of open space and a nice wooded backdrop to enjoy outdoors. The house is also child-friendly, with baby gates and a high chair. What's nearby: Netarts has a few dining options a short drive away, and The Schooner is a local favorite. There are a couple of convenience stores close by for necessities. Happy Camp beach at the north end of town is a great spot for crabbing, or you might venture to Netarts Bay during low tide and do a little clamming. We always love staying here this time of year.

There were trash bags outside the home when we arrived. The floors did not appear to have been swept and there was what looked like blood smears in the stairwell. There was also a weird smell throughout the house and the upstairs where all the bedrooms are, were really hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. It also said there was a baby gate at the property in the laundry room and it was nowhere to be found so that was disappointing as someone with a 1.5 year old. Overall it’s an okay house, and it has potential to be great but it just missed the mark in about every category
