The home is a remarkable combination of opulence and rural simultaneously. You relax in comfort while enjoying the sound of the ocean, very few people seem to visit this particular area and so it is quiet which is a remarkable change of pace from homes located inside largo communities.

first off, I need to note that the listing is out of date as the downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and not bunks. This actually worked out well for me as it was more accessible for me. The bottom floor is very wheelchair accessible including a roll-in shower. the water temperature never got very warm though. I have a large wheelchair and the elevator was able to accommodate me with a little extra wiggle room. it's also nice that there is a separate play area for kids. the kitchen is very underequipped, and while most of the drawers are labeled, the items themselves are not available. There is no kitchen tongs or real spatulas for example. It's also missing the most basic of spices, like table salt. along the kitchen window, there's a bunch of ant traps, which I suspect are there trying to catch the termites that we noticed by the dining room window. one evening we thought someone had let the window or door open and let bugs in, but it was termites flying by the kitchen lights. The homeowner should address this before it gets to be a bigger issue given how much wood is in the house.

This house was great! The layout was great for big groups. I brought my mom here. It was great they had an elevator. She was able to get around the whole house. We visited for mother day. I am definitely coming back with my family.
