Contemporary built dog friendly house with partial ocean views

The area

The house is beautiful and everything as shown in the photos. The view was phenomenal, and we loved spending time on the deck. Though we didn't find it as clean as described in other people's comments. The towels were damp and musty. There were also crumbs or sand(?) on the floor... They also seem to have a very strict check out time, we asked to check out at 11am instead of 10am and thought they could be a little flexible since we stayed for a whole week. They declined and said the cleaners were scheduled to be there at 10. So we made sure to check out and leave the property before 10, only to receive a text at 11 that the cleaners will be there soon. Which was all very confusing to me.

Place was just great. Plenty of room, such great light and energy. Had some deer visitors one evening. Walking distance to the beach. We will most definitely be back.

Top floor is the kitchen/TV room with a deck to see the Pacific Ocean. Note that this is a 3-story house with the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend this property as long as stairs are not an issue.

Very comfortable, clean, and beautiful home! Views of the ocean were so lovely. Little reading room was so cozy and I loved the book selection! I highly recommend! Thank you for supplying laundry detergent, that was helpful! House is large and could technically sleep 7 or 8 people with the pull out, though the limit is 6, so my only recommendation would be to allow a slightly larger family.
