Featuring lovely ocean views, a quiet location, and space for up to six guests, this home in Oceanside is the perfect place to take a fun beach vacation! Nestled on a hill a few blocks east of the ocean, this home is within walking distance of the beach, though you could also take a short drive to the public access just down the road. Here in Oceanside are a few eateries, though for more options you can drive five minutes into Netarts or 15 into the larger Tillamook. Around this part of the Northern Coast are plenty of gorgeous sights, coastal hiking trails, bays where you can go crabbing, and much more, so don't be afraid to explore! This condo is part of a larger house, though you will have plenty of peace and quiet as well as space to spread out. From the entryway, walk up three flights of stairs to reach the living area, where you can sit down, relax, and watch some TV. While you're here, entertainment options offered include cable TV, a DVD/VCR player and a selection of VHS movies, books, board games, and WiFi so you can easily stay in touch or check the tide tables. This upper level also has one full bathroom with a shower, plus a full kitchen complete with all the tools and appliances you may need to whip up tasty meals during your stay. The first floor deckfeatures a private hot tub for guest use. This home has two decks - one on each level - that both offer gorgeous views of the ocean and the surrounding green space. You could use the gas grill to cook up some burgers, sit with a mug of tea and gaze at the sunset, or watch carefully to see an occasional deer or eagle nearby. This home is a perfect size for a family, a few couples, or a small group of friends to enjoy a slow-paced coastal getaway together. The beach is very close, and although Oceanside has few businesses, there are plenty of fun activities within a short trip. Loved the hot tub and amenities (thankfully I found wine cork screw lol). Just a lot of stairs to climb but view from hot tub makes it worthwhile.

Let me start by saying I do not like leaving a bad review, but I feel like I don't have a choice with this one. I hope that it will cause the owners to make some changes so no one else will experience it the way we did. The nicest thing I can say about this vacation rental is it was fairly clean. The furniture, especially the beds, were incredibly uncomfortable and caused my husband's back to go out. It is actually only a one bedroom with a second bed in the entry way. The bedding was not warm enough. We had to take the quilt off the 2nd bed and it felt damp and smelled bad. We couldn't find any other bedding. The kitchen failed to have adequate cooking supplies i.e. pots/pans and only had a few random plates etc. There were bugs and spiders. But the absolute worst part was the smell which was a cross between decay(possibly rodent) and must which permeated everything even our suitcases. We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years and this was by far the worst place we have ever stayed! I am giving 2 stars only because it wasn't filthy.

The house was not clean, dirty towels left in upstairs bathroom, doors were hard to get locked once I was inside. There was sand in the hot tub and only TV was upstairs. The wifi only worked on top floor. I would not be staying here again. Wasn't sure beds had been cleaned so I bought a blanket and slept on top of blankets.

I wish I could post pictures. This place is a dump, communicating with Vacasa is a nightmare. You don't get one representative, you get fifty and you have to explain your situation over and over again. Do not rent from Vacasa, I threw away $1000 for four nights on a home that should have been condemned. Blood on the ancient old beds people! Twenty year old stained pillows! I had to buy bedding in Tillamook and pillows to sleep in this house. Gross! Stay away.......swim away!!!!!
