This home is pet friendly - 1 dog max (main house). Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Oceanside has very limited cell phone service. Oceanside is a small family community – please respect the neighbors, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and make sure all garbage and recycling are inside the cans. These accommodations are part of a triplex, please be respectful of guests staying in the other two units. No boats, RVs, or trailers are allowed on the property.
