Pros: incredible view and proximity to the ocean! Open the windows and enjoy by the fireplace. Not the cleanest or most updated. We moved the mattress to be near the fireplace and that made all the difference in our stay. Decent value place!

We loved the proximity to stores, beach, food, etc. We were just disappointed with the maybe twin size futon(was not a pull out coach). Other then that our start was very nice and relaxing

I don’t know what smelled worse—the mysterious funk wafting through the place or the scent of my dignity evaporating as I realized I’d paid actual money to stay here. Within the first hour, I had to go buy a plug-in air freshener just to make it livable, plus cleaner for the floors so I wouldn’t risk a slip-and-fall lawsuit against myself. Honestly, the owners should be paying me for improving their property. The floors? Sticky and slippery at the same time, which is honestly an engineering feat. The bathroom came with complimentary mystery hairs (which, shockingly, were not mine). There’s a lamp in the living room that gets so hot I’m pretty sure it’s doubling as a test site for spontaneous combustion. One bedroom looked like a crack den… if the crack den owners had given up halfway through decorating. And by “decorating,” I mean tossing a mattress in the corner and calling it a day. It’s painfully obvious the owners put in zero effort here—except when it came to pricing, because they shot for the moon. Vacasa should offer hazard pay for this one. Book if you enjoy danger, disappointment, and wondering if that smell will follow you home.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and were impressed with the value for the low price! It was nice to have a separate room from the kitchen and a beach view! The kitchen had everything that we needed for nights we were staying in and cooking. We weren’t expecting that so that was a great plus. It was also very clean, and had lots towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was great! We would definitely stay here again. The only things we had issue with is that the bedroom is very small and depressing as it has no windows or decorations. Also, we were close to a unit where up to 12 people could stay and have a backyard to hangout in. They were very loud and yelling for hours throughout the day. If you’re wary about noise I’d pick a different unit to stay in.

I was really disappointed with the condition of this AirBnB. For the price each guest is paying, I expected a much higher standard. The unit clearly needs maintenance; there are holes in the walls and damaged drywall, the paint is worn and scuffed and the bed is old and uncomfortable. One of the windows doesn’t open, which made the space feel stuffy, and I found two spiders hanging from the ceiling durning my stay, which suggests pest control hasn’t been addressed l. This place could be decent with some basic repairs and updates, but in its current state, it feels neglected. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues are fixed.
