I stayed in 3E once before 4 years ago and it will be my go-to whenever it’s available. The room was clean, love that it has a couch rather than the standard two chairs (it also has a kitchen table with stools for eating) and the view is breathtaking. Also appreciate that dogs are welcome and no size limit like other places. It’s a perfect place for me and my well-behaved pitbull to enjoy for a few days.

The place was clean on the inside. Had a lot of towels to use. Smelled clean also. Nice big bed, cute little table with two stools. The fireplace was nice at night. The best part of this room was the view was amazing as long as you were standing up. If you we're to set down into the 2 beach chairs. You couldn't see past the big rail.. The only downside to this property is the entrance, getting into this place. The walkways are stained and filthy, and the hand rails were disgusting!!

I loved that we could walk our dogs to the beach and that they were able to stay in our room with us. Makes a perfect vacation when your furry family is with you.

This place was extremely gross! Not clean at all in a long time! The baseboards were nasty, the common area (halls and stairwells) were disgusting! There was no AC and no windows to open except for the slider and that had no screen and the neighboring unit was smoking weed and it filled the room. It was hot in the room and it was miserable. The bed was so old and springs were bad, the nightstand was so gross and old. The lamp…rusty, the luggage rack….rusty, the tile grout…supposed to be white was black! A plunger with poop and toilet paper in the bathroom, the dust in bathroom lights inches thick! Tape on walls, and repairs needed. The tiny tv had the last guests streaming services still logged in! It was so bad we left immediately and got a hotel! DO NOT stay here unless it gets a complete overhaul!

Great view, good location but this place is rundown. Wifi didn't work, fireplace didn't work. Vacasa who manages property is useless. I will pay more next time to get nicer accomodations and a property not managed by Vacasa.
