Part of the Sandstone Point property toward the south end of town, you'll enjoy a quiet location with plenty of conveniences close by. The condo itself has warm wood floors and a modern design. The main room features a futon, a dining table for four, and a flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi are included). An expanded kitchenette offers a way to make quick and easy meals, with a mini-fridge, oven/stove, microwave, and coffee maker. A queen-size bed in the bedroom guarantees a sound night's sleep, while the full bathroom provides a place to freshen up. In total, four can sleep comfortably in this recently refurbished condo, plus your dogs are welcome along for the fun (please note a small, nightly pet fee). This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family - head down to the beach for a morning walk, then drive to the nearby outlet malls to find any deals and grab lunch after. The room was clean and comfortable. Cable kept going out. Would recommend if you don't have pets. The stairs are a nightmare with pets. Other people do not use leashes or pick up dog poop. Grate view from the room. No Cable leaving neighbors dogs barking all day annoying. Kinda a hike down hill to the beach. Once you get there it's nice and not crowded. I definitely got my workout for the weekend with all the stairs and so did the dogs. Over all it was a nice stay. Room for improvement. Would stay again with no pets.

There is a lot to say about this rental, some good, some bad. Starting with we were sent to the wrong location, the address gave was 10 minutes away still, same address just different direction on Hwy 101. The price was amazing for the time that we stayed, even for the bad things the price makes up for it. The view of the ocean that's not mention in the description is amazing, to sit at the table and eat breakfast, drink coffee while watching the views 10/10. The bed/futon are not comfortable at all. If you expect more than 2 people to come, or if one person is going to sleep on the futon I wouldn't recommend it. The futon has been updated since the description pictures were taken though. Also, they do ask you to strip the bed sheets, but only to find urine stains on the bed. I did let Vacasa know, and they said they would tell them. Kitchen is not very well stocked, you can choose from one small sauce pan, or a stock pot to cook in. No dish soap or sponges to wash dishes (but we did leave ours that we bought, hopefully it'll stay for the next guests). There was some forks, one spoon, a few cooking utensils that have seen better days. Bathroom seems fine, there was black long hairs all over the doors though and some of the towels were dirty.

This room is cute for a 1 night or weekend stay for two. The kitchen is nice and the view is good. The futon couch is very small and uncomfortable and the furniture needs some serious updates. A new coat of paint and some carpet cleaning would go a long way with this room.
