Romantic Ocean View Suite with Easy Beach Access Dog Friendly

Great scenery

The room was advertised as “romantic”. I can certainly say I would never want to take anyone here for a romantic getaway. The room was dingy and the yard was full of dog poop. The wall next to the bed and behind the futon were both smudged and were visibly dirty. When we got there it was later and we wanted to cook dinner but all the dishes were dirty and/or cracked. The dining room table only had 3 chairs and the chairs we did have were falling apart. It was also not family friendly since we were on the second floor and the windows had no screens.

The property was in walking distance to the beach and our room was clean, however the property wasn’t that clean and there was dog poop everywhere. We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work and the TV was really small and outdated. The remote didn’t work. There isn’t assigned parking and my car door got damaged by someone staying on the property. It also seemed like people were sleeping in cars living there

Had a great view of ocean. Was not clean. Carpet in “bedroom” was not only stained but didn’t seem to have been vacuumed in long time. No A/C or fan would be very hot in summer. The bedroom was not legal, no window or closet. Couch was very stained and table had finish pealing or gone. Would not stay there again.

Seahorse 2-b Bedroom carpet was filthy. Made comment/recommendation about it to Vacasa. This room is priced right for the amenities it has. The guests upstairs were cloggers, not really but… you hear every move they make, every breath they take. Guests smoking pot on balconies and out windows. Have nothing against it… spent most of the 80’s blazed out of my brain but, come on people. I will not bring my grandson back here for this exact reason. It’s a place to lay your head, take a shower, fix a meal and it has a secure locking door. For the price you can’t really beat it if the aforementioned problems don’t bother you. The housekeeper looked overworked, but she was extremely nice and polite and friendly.

This home was quite adequate. Clean, and the views to die for. I would suggest asking if Seahorse 3B was rented at the same time, as it was extremely noisy above us. A few additions to the kitchen, such as pot holders, wine glasses (it had wine openers, but no glasses), salt & pepper shakers, napkins, and coffee filters. We bought filters, salt & pepper shakers and left them. The bathroom needs something to put toiletries on. We also bought tissues. All in all, for the money, it was okay.
