Lower Level Dog Friendly Studio with Ocean Views and Free WiFi Walk to Beach

Clean, quaint, close to beach. Great value! Perfect little getaway for us. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The view was amazing. The room was cozy. Being able to leave the door opened and listen to the ocean waves roll in and out.

The room was extremely basic, clean upon arrival. The TV barely worked, the remote control worked on and off but channels could barely be changed. No screen door on the slider so the door couldn't be left open to listen to the ocean or catch a breeze without bugs coming in. The heat did not work at all so it got a little cold at night. Overall very disappointing stay. Extremely loud being on the ground floor, you can pretty much hear any conversations being had above you, the pictures are a tad misleading I thought having a ground floor room would give some outside walking access through the slider and it's just a small patio. Aside from the room being clean, I would not stay here again, it's a waste of money, the bed is also really outdated, is not comfortable and squeaks.

The first night I stayed a man in the unit upstairs would yell randomly at the top of his lungs, I messaged Vacasa and they said they would address it. He did that until 3am. No yelling the second night but it sounded like he just kept running around with boots on and rearranging the room until 3am again. I asked housekeeping if they could address it the morning after the first incident and they said they’d been trying to get him to leave. Apparently not very hard, I would’ve stayed here again but after seeing the type of people they would rather keep in their rooms I would not recommend it to anyone.

1st i recieved a text at 12:14 the place was ready early. We arrived at 9pm yo tools and dirt on the floor. The fireplace torn apart. A spit cup full of someone's spit and chewing tobacco on the table. Dirt all over the floor. Sliding glass door wife open. No heat in the middle of a rain and wind storm. It was cold! Multiple calls to guest services. No local help and 3 calls and 2 hours later we finally got tired of waiting outside for someone to show up or at least call yo let us know if it was safe to enter the room with the gas stove not being put back together. Finally after midnight and the run around we cleaned up the mess including that unsanitary and disgusting cup of spit and moved in as we had early business in the morning. We put the fireplace back together for our safety and placed tool outside so we would not be disturbed. A few days later my husband and his service dog where in the smoking area and a maintenance truck struck the building throwing my husband from the chair to the floor and his dog across the room. I contacted guest services a local person did call and state she would have police contact me which nothing ever occurred nor was there any concern for my husband or the dog! I did take pictures and advised guest services the the driver appeared impaired and was also staying or working at the property. On the last Saturday night of our stay workers were working on a nearby unit at 3am! This person was packing whatever remolding materials and garbage out of the room up and down stairs through the parking lot to the dumpster ect at 3am. Really! How inconsiderate of any owner allowing this shit to occur. We have been loyal customers several times for the past 3 years as well as recommending to many people who now stay with you guys as well. This is not okay, I am not sure i will stay with you again and have very carefully considered contact an attorney as well as public officials that can do something about the way this business is being ran as well as the complete disregard for our safety let alone honesty regaurding how your units are presented to customers after being falsely sold something different as well as you ability to provide customer service as provided in your ap, your email, as well as text, phone, or chat. Nor one thing was handled appropriately and in turn our safety was at risk!
