The floors were very dirty, the toilet didn’t flush well, and the mattress was incredibly firm. The view and distance to the beach were a big plus though. The room works alright if you don’t plan to spend much time there, but I wouldn’t bring an animal or kids there.

It was still Very much dirty when we went in. Luckily I am someone who has Clorox wipes in my car. There was also a HUGE gap under the door and I could hear every word the person in the next room was saying. It isn't a Terrible little place, but could use some love for sure.

Before when I stayed here I was in starfish number one, this one was nice and seemed pretty clean and put together. Stated number two this time, and it was not clean. The couch is questionable since it appears to not have been cleaned for quite some time, I didn't even sit on it. The flooring should be completed so it doesn't look like it does but not the end of the world. It was questionable with the extension cord kind of hanging on the shelf near the TV made me a little bit nervous. Other than this unit not being the best I do like staying here. I just know I won't book number two again

The location is great, you can see the ocean from the deck and you have a quick walk to the water. The room is ok, there is no AC or fans, so the logical thing to do is open the windows, only 1 of the 3 windows stays open, but there are no screens on the windows. The walls between the other units are incredibly thin, on one side of us were two small dogs who literally barked the entire time and on the other side was a group of people who stayed up till 1am and were very loud. I contacted the guest services and they informed me they would handle it. The next night was somewhat better. On the outside of the building near the parking lot there are very bright lights that shine in through one of the windows and the bathroom, the room never gets dark at night because of how bright these lights are. We knew that 95% of our time would be outside so the room was just ok. I don’t know if we would go back, there are a lot of updates that the property needs to take care of. The check in and check out process was easy, but no major reason to go back.
