Private Hillside Condo in the Heart of Lincoln City Dog Friendly

After reading some negative reviews, I was a bit worried about staying here but was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and stocked with kitchen basics including pots. I enjoyed my stay in this “tower” and appreciated having the kitchen. Do expect 2 long flights of stairs to reach it, however! I would stay here again. It was lovely to be able to walk down to the beach on the private path with my dog without having to drive and park!

The place was clean and in a nice location. The lack of some kitchen amenities made it difficult to cook, which was one of my main reasons for picking this room. Over all it was a pleasant stay and the staff I talked to were kind and informative.

Everything was small but great for 2 or 4 people. If you are looking more for driving and shopping in the town that is a great place to stay at and it is affordable.

The door lock did not function properly, no screens in windows, no extra bedding for futon, paint was chipping, nothing looked like the pictures.

We are disappointed and upset by the difficulties we have encountered during our stay due to your ID verification system. Being placed on the third floor with three children has been particularly challenging for us. Additionally, the system's failure has resulted in two reservation cancellations, and the rooms we attempted to reserve were no longer available specifically for my account. We kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues and ensuring a more comfortable stay for our family. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room on the third floor with my three children, but we were unable to enjoy our stay due to several issues. The floor in our room was slanted, which caused my vertigo to flare up. I spent much of the time feeling dizzy and like I was going to fall over. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan, which I believe is a violation of building codes. Furthermore, the lady in the room below ours stared at me and gave me dirty looks for no reason. She also rudely told me to move my vehicle because her children were going to be arriving. I am now parked far away from the hotel to avoid any further interactions with her. I understand that the rooms are all booked and reserved, but I believe that I should be compensated for the issues we experienced. I would also like to be reimbursed for the cost of the room that I was unable to book due to your ID verification system not working properly. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and take action to address these issues. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. Thank you for your time. Elizabeth
