View was perfect. Came for a relaxing, recharge week and was given just that. Not the fanciest of places but it's just fine for a vacation spot.

Upon entering this unit, it was extremely clear cleanliness was not a necessity to management. Every single room and wall was covered in scratches, dirt streaks, footprints, mystery sticky substances and peeling paint. It smelled of wet dog mixed with a harsh cleaner. The floors were still covered in pet hair: there was a broom left in the hallway as well. We took that as the guest is responsible for cleaning. The outlet in the living room was broken, dishes were not clean in cupboard, severe water damage underneath fridge. The recliner was so filthy, when you sat on it your pants would be covered in pet hair, dust and sand. The shower appeared as though it had never been cleaned: mold growing in grout and on the walls above shower. The drain would not work correctly, and when it would back up, clumps of hair would come out of the drain. (From previous guests, as it resembled nothing of ours). There was a giant hole in the bathroom cabinet wall- assuming for plumbing access?? Looked to me like someone took a sledgehammer to it and left all debris in the cabinet uncleaned. All in all, this place made us feel disgusting and the lack of effort put into cleaning this unit was quite surprising. We’ve stayed in cheaper places that were at the very least swept.
