I wanted two bedrooms and an ocean view and that’s exactly what we got. It’s a base of operations. There’s a very nice beach down below. You will need to walk down the mountain, but it is doable and good exercise. The property was clean. It’s a fair price. The living room was smaller than I imagined. The couch was very basic. But the value for the money was excellent.

Disappointing! I don't usually expect high quality luxury when I stay at the Oregon Coast, but the rate for one night in July was over $300! So I assumed it would be an upscale property with nice amenities, maybe some landscaping? But no, it's just another tired overused cramped & dingy condo. Amenities? They had 2 colanders but only one single teaspoon. And the only landscaping was a small grassy area that mainly functioned as a bathroom for all the dogs. If this place charged half the price, I wouldn't complain but they shouldn't charge high rates for a 2-star like this.

This condo worked for one night, just to have somewhere to sleep. I wouldn't rent if you plan to spend more time there (especially if you need to use the kitchen.) It is in great need of some TLC.

I stayed in the Dolphin D4 room in Lincoln city and my son and I were covered in bed bug bites. Revolting. We will never stay here again.

this unit is a budget friendly super close to the beach and u can bring your dogs not much more I can ask for unit was clean but furniture needs to be moved and cleaned under more often my dog lost his ball under the bed and there was a pretty thick layer of dust bunnies under it
