What’s nearby Located just down 101 from Lincoln City proper, it’s a short walk (or very quick drive) north to the main strip, with tons of dining and shopping options. Or, if you’d prefer to stick around your home-away-from-home, there’s a movie theater just across the road. As for the main attraction, take the path heading south for about a block and then go down the stairs to get to the sand. Things to know Plenty of parking, though it’s first-come, first-serve. The futon is in the living area. This is a dog-friendly property. Only dogs are allowed.

I had a great time staying here. The living room was very spacious for 4 people and I enjoyed the view from the balcony, overseeing the ocean. The rooms were tight, but they had the bare minimum. It was nice to have a little welcoming Vacasa kit with dish washing soap and laundry detergent. Very good price for the location and how many rooms. This place was a little run down with the floorboard trim broken, but other than that, it was a great stay

You have what you need, but no extra's. Master bed was comfortable, bathroom is quite large, they had cable TV which was a plus. Kitchen supplies are limited, bring what you need. Don't plan on putting an adult on the futon in the living room, but a kid would work. Access to the beach was good for not being right on the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice ocean view, especially from deck. Easy to get in and out. This ho e is located in green zone for tsunami. We dud have a warning that turned to advisory but felt good about our location.
