Spent a week at this cute lake house. Had a nice view of the lake. We were close to roads end beach and several hikes.

Beautiful view and peaceful setting. Close to hospital and grocery store. Beds are firm which I like, but if you prefer less firm you may have trouble sleeping. There is only one very small couch in the living room. No air conditioning and it gets quite warm. The kitchen is nice with plenty of counter seating and a dining table. Really enjoyed the view of the lake.

We enjoyed the lakefront location. Being on Devil’s Lake is a bit warmer, than Oceanside. The deck was lovely to hang out on for morning coffee and the lakeside fire pit was nice. Beds were very comfortable, sheets were not. The real downside… small living room space with a tiny couch and no other seating other than kitchen chairs. Kitchen was not very well equipped. We ended up buying a few supplies and cleaning some dishes before use. There were only 3 of us, so the deck space was better, thankfully due to good weather. Ping pong table is miniature, which was disappointing as all of us are ping pong players, so it wasn’t worthwhile to us, but kids might enjoy it. But I feel it was misrepresented. Overall, it was not the most comfortable place we’ve rented.

View, cleanliness, comfortable beds including hide a bed. We forgot dog food so was nice to have that available. Also was useful to have washer and dryer available.
