Dog friendly coastal home with private hot tub and park access

We stayed in this home for seven nights..... Pros: Well stocked kitchen (minus an ice cream scoop) but anything you can think of otherwise! TONS of linens and beach towels in general Nice layout and great bedroom spaces. Clean hot tub Great location! Close to the pool (yes we did have access) and park Cons: TONS of stairs! Dangerous pavers on walking path. Accident waiting to happen! Not as clean as we had hoped. Sign upon first entry states shoes off home. Immediately bare feet covered in sand! Really bad leaking kitchen faucet (reported to Vacasa 1st day along with other items. Plumber never arrived) Ran out of TP and paper towels. Bought our own. BAD PARKING! If you drive a truck or SUV think twice! That is all you will get in the driveway. The garage could fit a car but the driveway did not accommodate two trucks (two family stay) tandem or side by side. Picture is very misleading. No porch lights and bulbs were not the issue The disposal didn't work. One of the husbands fixed it. No BBQ propane- three empty bottles. Vacasa had us fill on our own at Space Age and send in a receipt that was never acknowledged. Lots of broken blinds! You learned which ones not to touch. I think the owners have put heart into the home trying to make for a comfortable stay. I think there is a level of failure on the side of the cleaning crew and local management. Did it ruin our trip? No....just frustrating and disappointing.

The house was nice and has a very well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and everything worked as it should. We enjoyed our stay.

Wifi doesn't work well outside near the BBQ When we arrived there was one empty propane tank and the second tank had enough for one meal. Had to message customer service for another full tank. This is probably the same oversight for not have the hot tub clean. Hot tub does not use Chlorine is what the CSR said but uses bromine instead. We always wash before and after entering a hot tub, and we had rash and red spots on check out day. I messaged CSR and they said they would look into it. Still have heard back from anyone since returning 7 business days later. Everything else in the house was good, no other issues there. I will say there is a lot of stairs just to get around. TVs are small for the living room layout. The washers take awhile to unlock and the dryer needs 3 cycles to dry correctly. Hot water is on an on demand system, so the master bedroom shower doesn't get very warm. Its the only shower which has this issue so we had to use the other shower from the second bedroom.

Excellent location and home. Perfect for a family with furry friends.

Clean, well-stocked with lots of dishware. Hot tub was clean and easy to use. Spacious, with easy common areas and plenty of privacy in rooms.
