Ocean Views and Pure Luxury Await Dog Friendly Home with WiFi

Plenty of room for everyone a little wear and tear on the property that could use fixing other than that. It was pretty nice day would’ve loved to had screens on the windows so I could’ve left them open and not worried about bugs or mosquitoes coming in the beach was a little bit of a hike, but the view was beautiful. Also, if there was signage for picking up after your pets and perhaps poop bags supplied outside or somewhere where people could readily see him because we found poop all over the yard area in front of our place even up next to the patio that did not belong to our dog

100% MISSLEADING Wr paid over $1800 for what we thought was going to be a "house" Not a community living with multiple families. MY MIL just passed and she loved going to the beach so we thought why not take all the kids and grandkids to the beach so we can all make memories and grieve together. Well we had a family staying upstairs that stomped and left there dogs unattended for hours at night (after) 10pm and we could not sleep my kids would het woken up at 1 even 4am because there dogs were running around and they were stomping throughout the house. The room we stayed in smelt like dog urine bad and it caused my daughter asthma to act up. My kids would play in what we thought was the back yard according to the photos and they rolled in dog poop. The mirror in the main bathroom literally fell off the wall because it wasn't properly attached there were two HUGE holes with small screws. Im sure we will be charged. There was no AC in the house and around 2am the house was to hot to even sleep. I will NEVER BE GOING THROUGH THEM BECAUSE WE TOLD THEM OUR CONCERNS AND NOONE HELPED. Only thing I would say is that the view was beautiful

DO NOT Book this unit! You have been warned. Rat (not mouse) feces were throughout the unit, on the interior carpeted stairs, in the showers. We found the rat nest IN the drawer of the oven. We contacted Vacasa, but they weren't able to get anyone out to clean or address the situation until the following day. My husband and I spent 3 hours cleaning the unit, rewashing all the dishes and silverware and vacuuming every surface. We found the hole in the wall behind the oven that was most likely the rats entry point. That night we went to bed praying we would not be awaken by scurrying rodents The next day the maintenance guy (really decent dude) came by to bring rat poison, traps, steel wool for the hole, and tools to fix the myriad of other issues that had been identified. The rat issue has been and ongoing issue that the owner and Vacasa has known about!! I was offered $103 refund for the cleanliness/pest issue. We had booked the entire house for a 30 member family New Year's, including family that had flown from out of state. Otherwise, we would not have stayed. Save yourself the trouble and disgust, and choose somewhere else to stay along the coast.

Great location and beautiful views. Beach access was not great as the place is up on hill. Accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Well stocked and very clean. Only criticism would be needed more seating, a larger TV and extra blankets besides what’s on the beds. Would definitely rent it again.

This was the perfect spot for our getaway weekend trip. It was a good space for everyone to be in the living room together and enough bedrooms for people to sleep in. The beach was also walking distance with an amazing view. Would book again!
