The apartment was great furniture is all dated however it is awesome for large groups

The couches smelled like dog urine.....we couldn't even sit in them and enjoy our time there. There was not enough kitchen appliances or utensil's to accommodate one person, let alone if all fourteen people stayed here. Outdated beds.

Spacious house, good location with ocean view. We had problems with big group of us not having enough silverware and bowls. No wine glasses. We stayed for 3 nights, but we're provided with only one package of dishwasher soap. The was no big skillets or large bowls. Check out of 10 am is too early for a large group of people. There was no option for late check out.

Even though it could use some updating, it was a nice place. Central to locations I was interested in, there was a lot of room so the kids could spread out. Nice that there were 3 full baths.

We paid $2200 for three nights stay. There were 12 of us and my son arrived first and I gave him the code and he entered and waited for us to arrive. When the rest of us got there, we proceeded to unload everything and put things away then make dinner. We were concerned because the door between our unit and the unit below us was unlocked and we could look down into their unit, and there was no way to secure it. After dinner, we settled in and just before 9 PM a man walked into our unit. We were supposed to be in the upstairs unit! 14 people waited while we had to repack everything and move it upstairs. While they were plenty of dishes downstairs, our new unit had six forks, one spoon, two bowls, no baking or broiling pans, a coffee maker but no coffee filters, a blender container but no blender, no hair dryers, two fabric softeners but no clothes soap. We got up and the first morning and we realized we had no hot water. They said they would send someone to fix the hot water heater within an hour, but it took many hours and the guy arrived just before dinner. We were unable to shower or use the dishwasher that day. The bonus was he fixed the fireplace that didn’t work. All our feet turned black from the dirty floor and the couch smelled like urine. The Wi-Fi did not work in the living area and we had to stand in the hallway to use it. The TV was old and was not a smart tv but it didn’t matter because there was no Wi-Fi in that room. View was nice however it was obstructed by the railing on the deck, and you had to stand up to see the ocean. There were shelves missing in the refrigerator and not enough room for all our food. We ended up just going out to dinner one night because there was no way to cook hamburgers with no barbecue and no broiling pan. Too much to tell in this review. Just pick another place. Not a good experience.
