Enormous Renovated Home with Ocean Views and Easy Beach Access Dogs OK

This house worked extremely well for a group of 32! The view of the ocean is amazing and we appreciated the abundant parking. The listing emphasizes how each level has its own kitchen, living area and entrance but isn't very clear that all three units are connected on the inside with a set of stairs as well. Our large extended family was able to spread out and we had 3 ovens to use for cooking large meals to feed a crowd! This is not a luxury hotel but was a comfortable and low stress place to stay with kids! Overall it was very worth the price but we did stay mid week in early November so I'm sure we got a good deal!

Beautiful ocean view

House is located in a gorgeous place, a lot of space for people come to rest with a big company. We were very satisfied with an Ocean view from kitchen window, balconies. I give stars to house for its location and space. A lot of rooms, beds…. We loved it, but only one thing spoiled our vocation is dirt and dust throughout the house. We would definitely come back to this house if it is clean!!!!!!

The house could use a deep cleaning once a week. There were some spider webs in the corners of the house, dust on the window blinds, the floor couldn't be walked on barefoot or with light colored socks as your feet would end up dirty brown. The fridge wasn't clean, and the oven was dirty stained. We received the house an hour later without accommodation for late check out due to the house not being ready. The back yard is used by other tenants in the rentals around so no privacy at all with the traffic passing through there. The parking isn't assigned to the house alone as we thought. For the house price we paid, we thought it would be better. I will say the house is spacious for the large group of people we had. The house was also walking distance from the beach.

Pros: house sleeps up to 40 people (great for large family gatherings and can be used as 3 separate units), close beach access, nice views, comfortable beds, good bath towels, adequate parking and grounds were clean. Cons: the rental is worn and feels dirty, chipped paint on walls, baseboards and decks, kitchen appliances are worn, assorted pots/pans worn out/little teflon left, floors were not clean, stairwell carpets were sandy / not vacuumed/worn, not enough dishes/glassware for the number of people it sleeps, the shower pumps for shampoo/conditioner/body wash were empty on arrival, and no suitcase stands in bedrooms without closets. Pictures online look better than the current state of the rental.
