In this quiet neighborhood of Lincoln City, you can head over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access a quarter-mile west to find long stretches of sandy beach to explore in either direction. You'll also be close to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment. Take a short drive three miles south to shop at the Lincoln City Outlets, or visit the Chinook Winds Casino less than a mile north, where you can even get in a round of golf. Inside, this home includes a game room with a foosball table, as well as a separate studio with its own bathroom that creates an ideal setup for multiple or extended families. Please note: The game room and the third bedroom with the second full bath are not connected to the main house and have a separate entrance through the garage. Very cute home with nice gas stoves and updated kitchen areas. Nice updated living room furniture, but couldn’t really enjoy it since two guest had to sleep there because of the broken bed. Technically this was more of a two bedroom due to broken bed situation. Best hot tub I’ve ever been in. It was large with lots of jets. Nice outside eating area and gas grill. Plenty towels. The game room with darts large poker table and foosball was very fun. We definitely should be refunded for the broken bed, scalding hot water and lack of cleanliness. Thank you for asking for our opinion about it.

As others have mentioned, this house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach and a small city park (with playground and basketball hoops). The rooms were a good size and all had their own TV's. The finishes and furniture inside were clean and well-maintained, although some of the outdoor furniture has suffered a bit from the salty air. Hot tub was spacious and one of the major reasons we booked this rental. A few things I would have liked to know...first, the layout of the house is a little 'quirky'. For example, the window in one bath opens into the game room in the other unit (convenient for telling your kids to behave while you're taking a shower :). Second, the two units are not connected by any interior doors and you must walk outside uncovered for at least a few feet to get between them. It was not an issue for us because weather was nice. Finally, there are only seats for 5 people to eat in the main unit, even though maximum occupancy for whole house is six. There is plenty of room to prepare meals and we spent most of our time in the main unit so it was a little annoying that one person had to sit on the couch to eat.
