Ocean view home 1 block from the beach with hot tub deck and fireplace

My family stayed at this property for 5 days and overall it was a pretty good stay. We enjoyed the space for our family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could even think of needing. There is a good view of the ocean in between the other properties. There is a stair access to the beach at the end of the block. Beware there are about 200 stairs to get down to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub. But I agree with a previous review that you feel like you’re on display to other properties around you while in it. But I don’t see a different place to put it. The ice maker stopped working the night before we left so that sucked. The tv in the living room is small and far from the couch. Maybe if they figured out a small entertainment center to move it to a different place would help as there isn’t much room above the fireplace. We never turned on the fireplace. The game room was stocked with games, tv and movies upstairs. My family enjoyed jenga so much that we ordered a jumbo size one as soon as we got home. The checkout time being 10am was an inconvenience. We were packing out and the cleaner banged on the door about 1030. Sorry bout that. Checking in at 4pm and out at 10am is pretty diabolical. I don’t see anyway it would take 6 hours to clean the place. Especially when we’re asked to start laundry for the cleaners. Overall we would stay again. The price and location was definitely worth the trip. The pros are way more than the cons and we enjoyed the trip.

We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - many sizes (and good quality) of pots, pans, dishes, glassware. Blender, grater, etc. Everything we needed we found. And then some. The home overall is an older property that’s well maintained and charmingly decorated. Front looks out on a Street with lights. Hot tub is in a weird spot. And the stairs down to/from the beach are a full workout by themselves. But this house has plenty of room for a group, lots of amenities, and all at a terrific price point.

The good: Really cute, updated, nice decor, comfy furniture, and fully stocked. Super clean inside. Great location right near beach access. The not so good: Filthy windows made it hard to see clearly outside and obstructed the nice views. Hot tub not very private - we felt like we were right in front of all the neighbors windows. Wished there was a space with a larger couch so the whole family could comfortably watch a movie together but we made it work. We also had a bad experience with communication with the management company. They failed to communicate to us that our check in time was pushed out by 2 hours after receiving an initial text it would be at 4….arrived at 4 with fresh/frozen groceries to be told to come back. The housekeeper was trying her best and did a great job but the office should have communicated with us better. I’d recommend contacting them before you head there to make sure they will be ready when they said they would.

Loved the location and it was a cute slice above another rental. Kitchen was very well stocked except no complimentary coffee but in a great location! Would definitely stay here again

Close to beach access and nice place to hang out with foosball and other games.
