The view was great ... the place was comfortable, clean and very, very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals ... minus the groceries, of course. Downstairs is perfect for kids ... although we only had adults in our group. The playground next to the property is small and so it is quiet and rarely used. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute drive to the access spot. We will return again to this property.

This is a great house for kids and families, playground next door for little kids. It is easy to get into town for anything you may need. We toured up and down the coast and stayed for two nights. Everything was great, one hiccup was the downstairs fire place would not light up but the guest service person came over and got it going the next morning. Great neighborhood and great views.

Love the convenient location of this home, it’s close to all that Lincoln City has to offer and the home is beautiful. The beach is also stunning and wasn’t busy at all. The home was so clean, beds are comfy, TV’s are huge and work well, WIFI was great too. Beautiful views and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only downside I’d say was the stairs! Stairs to the beach and up to the house from the beach, and stairs in the home.

My family, including my mom and 2 young kids had a great stay. We loved the views and the playground right next to the house was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including Tupperware which most rentals are short on. Our favorite part was the hot tub and enjoying the view from it
