The main suite offers a desk setup, a TV, and an en suite bathroom. A half bath adds convenience. A huge wraparound deck boasts multiple alfresco living areas as well as a gas grill and a private hot tub. Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a bathroom. We had an amazing stay at this beach house, the walking trail to the beach was adorable with all the decorations to view on the way. The house was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a peaceful family getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

This was a nice house for a group. If you have older members, it does have a lot of stairs and the kitchen was difficult to have multiple people in at one time. Still, not serious issues! A short walk to the beach.

We loved the upper levels of this house, but the two downstairs bunkbrooms are to be avoided until management gives it an overhaul. Location has no ocean view, but a short walk gives it pretty good beach access

The house was within a short ( less than 10 minutes) walk to the beach. The beach area was a great place for beach volleyball and nighttime fires. The house had everything we needed for cooking with games, books, and even chairs and kites for the beach. The kitchen dining room living room was a great place for the whole crew to gather and enjoy. The location was great being a short drive to Lincoln City with stores, restaurants and other attractions. We will most likely be returning here next year.
