A downstairs den/entertainment space is ready to host at-home happy hours, and everyone can gather upstairs for movie nights on the smart TV. The incredible primary suite occupies the entire top floor of the house and showcases breathtaking ocean views through a panoramic window array. Easy check in and out. House beautiful but needs a good cleaning

Don't get me wrong, the house is very nice. The master suite is full of oceanview windows and more space than you could possibly use. The kitchen is nice, and nicely equipped. The jetted tub was greatly enjoyed. The view of the ocean is wonderful. There are, however, things about the property that left me feeling "meh" and one fatal flaw that will prevent me from booking the home again. - Broken/breaking items - half the stove doesn't work, one of the bedframes broke while being slept in, one of the mismatched dining chairs broke, a couple others were on the verge. Overall just a sense of things breaking down and not maintained. - A/C in living area makes a horrible racket every 30 seconds. Even after turrning it off. - Every cupboard in the kitchen and bathrooms is stuck with what I assume were originally cushioning pads but are now incredibly sticky glue globs. This made me crazy and irrationally angry every time I fought a cupboard open. - Beach access is brutal - steep sand dune of soft sand. Down wasn't bad, but getting back up was a workout. Enough that I passed on going down at times because I did 't want to fight my way back up. - And here's the fatal flaw for me - There is no way to open a door or window on the beach side. The main thing I head to the beach for is to feel the breeze and hear the waves, especially when I'm sleeping. None of the windows open on the beach side of the house, the balcony in the main bedroom is on the wrong side and the french doors in the dining room are permanently sealed shut. I literally cried when I discovered the doors didn't open.

Plenty of room for seperation of kids from adults, good location on a nice beach. Plenty of parking for five vehicles
