Very nice retreat, communication was good.
The house is inviting and cozy. We love the fireplace and layout of the home. Plenty of room to chat, play and dine. The hot tub is always clean. The kitchen has almost everything you need , a few pots and pans could be replaced. The master bedroom is very comfortable, getting close to needing a new mattress. We stay here every year , the best thing is getting away and being able to relax but close to town if you need anything or want to visit the beach or have dinner out.
This house is BEAUTIFUL! It is also huge! We absolutely loved the privacy, the grounds, the hammock, being able to have our two well behaved dogs (and we did not see anyone else’s dog waste we needed to clean up after which is a rarity at a rental!). The spa was great (it was missing tabs and temp was only 97-98, but for the warm weather that was fine). I also used the wonderful spa-like bath in the master and it was fabulous - like bathing and showering outdoors! There were four different private bedrooms and my granddaughter LOVED the loft-bed nook! There was only two of us, plus our granddaughter so way more space than we needed, but the grounds were worth it! I would love to see screens on the doors so we could leave them open for the cool air. It was warm while we were there (we did not hook up the a/c that was provided). There were lots of blankets, the kitchen was huge- we will be back. I wanted to move in!
Wonderful house. The kids thought it was a magical place to stay and were outside in the water catching little fish most of the time.
We had no neighbors and it was so quiet. Just the sound of the river and the birds. We made fires outside and that was amazing. At night the stars we popping so bright! We will be back!
Beautiful home, spacious, lovely view, lots of kitchen appliances, very lovely.
