Ocean front home with spacious deck and beach access near shops and restaurants

The view is fantastic. Nice kitchen with all amenities.We had a good Thanksgiving feast. The beds were pretty comfy. Plenty of amenities. Couches are comfy. (could have been cleaned). Beach access down the road a bit. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi spotty, No Netflix on the TV. Not wheelchair accessible. We made a small ramp. Two small frigerators a plus. Close to all stores. It's a fun town.

The view is spectacular!

To start with the positives: the house is in a fantastic location—centrally situated and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The layout is spacious and well-designed, and the patio is a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is another strong point: it’s well-equipped with everything you need to cook and functions smoothly. That said, there are a few areas that could use attention, all of which are relatively easy fixes. First, the windows. One of the main reasons to book this home is for the views, but unfortunately, the windows were extremely dirty—covered in bird droppings and grime to the point where you couldn’t enjoy the scenery. My husband gave them a quick rinse with the hose, which helped a lot—imagine the difference if they were professionally cleaned! Second, the beds could use improvement. They weren’t unbearable, but they definitely lacked comfort. A quality mattress topper on each bed would make a huge difference in sleep quality. Lastly, the blinds need replacing. Many didn’t function properly—some wouldn’t go down, others wouldn’t stay up, and several had broken cords or damaged slats. Since the view is a major selling point for this house, having functional, clean blinds would enhance the experience significantly. Overall, this is a great rental with a lot of potential. With a bit of maintenance and attention to detail, it could easily be a five-star stay.

It was ok, nothing more or less than expected. Clean and centrally located. However, no access to beach on property, public access is down the road. The beach is not steps away, it is many steep stairs away. If you have any issues with walking or stairs I can not recommend this listing.

The view was great. The decor was nice. Loved having a deck overlooking the ocean. Beach access was really close. I look forward to staying here again!
