The view of the beach and the beach itself.

The view was perfect. The quietness of area and we were able to walk everywhere and did not have to use car for 3 days. Hawk Cafe Cafe near by with excellent meals

This property was in disrepair and filthy. Hair and dirt on tables, dirty linens with visible stains, dirt smeared on walls and baseboards, chipping paint on all furniture, moldy showers. I contacted the host as soon as I checked in and didn’t even receive a response for another 24 hours. Everything about this stay was terrible. After no response from the host, I ended up leaving and having to check into a hotel. VRBO and Vacasa customer service was terrible and I only got a partial refund.

I’ll start off by saying you can’t get a much better location in Neskowin, right on the sand with a perfect view to watch the sunset off the balcony. Now for the bad… upon getting there we found our room was still being cleaned for us and had to wait an hour and a half to be able to get in. I would have expected it to actually be nice and clean considering we waited but we opened the door and were hit with a pretty foul smell that stuck around the whole time, sticky surfaces and a mirror with children’s handprints all over. Be careful with the toilet in the back room as it would only flush for us every few times we tried too. The lock on the door also needs to be worked on, we would put the code in exactly the same every time and 9/10 it would reject it.
