This village offers a friendly neighborhood feel and a magnificent natural setting that you can't simply find anywhere. The location of this condo is unbeatable; you will be located on the banks of Hawk Creek with the beach mere steps away; there is an access path past the north end of the building past hawk creek cafe. This riverfront escape has a cozy patio with a couple of chairs, offering a nice spot to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional and a large Smart TV with cable. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat is like no other. Apart from the TV, you will have a collection of classic and new DVDs and board games to choose from. When it comes to meal prep, the kitchen has you covered with all major appliances, utensils, and cookware needed. It's also appointed with a dishwasher to clean everything up in the blink of an eye and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom is private and conveniently located at the end of the hallway; it has a flatscreen TV, a convenient desk, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another full bathroom in the hallway, which also has a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include access to a community gas grill and a laundromat on site. Things to Know High-speed internet and free WiFi. There are children's games available There is a space heater in the hall closet. The shared washer/dryer is a Laundromat on site. A queen Murphy bed is available in the living room.

Let me start off by saying that this is the second time I have stayed in this specific unit, and I love almost everything about it (the wifi is spotty). With that being said, the guest service company, Vacasa / Casago service is awful. I had to call them numerous times, and each call started with a 15 to 35 minute wait time which is honestly unacceptable. Once I finally got a rep on the line, they weren't helpful and either pushed back or provided misinformation. This happened each time I called, and things would only change when I asked to speak to a supervisor; the representatives tone would markedly change to being more positive, and once I finally was able to speak to a supervisor, they were helpful and provided good customer service. With that being said, at one point during our stay, we asked for some extra towels but were told by the Vacasa / Casago representative that they only provide an allotment of 2 towels per person and no more than that. Wow. Given the high price I spent to stay in this room (multiple times), I would've thought providing some extra towels would be a non-issue. I was wrong. This along with some other issues really soured me on Vacasa / Casago. I've been coming to Neskowin for over 30 years, and I truly miss the days when this unit was part of "The Proposal Rock Inn" which had an onsite office staffed with helpful people who seemed to really care about your stay. Needless to say, despite this being a great room, for the expensive price and completely lackluster customer service by Vacasa / Casago, I will find another option the next time my son and I are in Neskowin.

Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen (dishes, pots pans etc). View of proposal rock from the deck. Convenient location next to store and restaurant.

Everything about this condo is adorable. It's so well decorated. The beds and the sofa are comfortable. The back patio gives you a direct view of Proposal Rock and the ocean waves. It's a lovely place to stay. I will return.
