This house was everything we wanted- cozy, comfortable and easy walk to the store and beach. Neskowin is my favorite town on the coast and this house was a great way to enjoy it.

We loved the house! It is very cute and just right for a family of 4. The location is perfect. It could use some updates and fixes (e.g. front sliding door lock), and a few extras would be appreciated such as a dishwasher, throw blankets, and scissors, but overall the house is amazing!

We loved staying in this perfectly refurbished a frame. It’s its windows facing the ocean brought in lots of light. It was cozy and comfortable with good quality mattresses on all beds. The hot tub, tucked in the back was sheltered from the wind and hot enough to enjoy even when it rained..

The house is in a great location - 1 street from the beach. It is well laid out and cozy. It has a hot tub for 2-3 people tucked away in the back yard and has a nice outdoor space.

This property is a cute and cozy A-frame in adorable Neskowin, and right across the road from the access to the beautiful beach. The upstairs loft bed was very comfortable but the steep stairs with low clearance could be a challenge for some. We slept with the window open because it was pretty warm up there and there was a drunk neighbor up until after midnight playing music and singing, so keep in mind that the properties are pretty close. Neskowin provisions is a short walk with great food, and there's a cute VW-bus ice cream cart and another food place we didn't get to try. Biggest complaint is around communication/documentation. The welcome email/text provided the door code and wifi password but pretty much nothing else... the entry door is around the back, which wasn't hard to figure out but should have been mentioned. There's a big binder full of magazine clippings about things like the 2017 eclipse but nothing much useful about the property itself, most importantly the hot tub, which we didn't get to use because it was locked up and no instructions provided, so minus a star there. Luckily I didn't have my heart set on using the hot tub or I'd be more peeved.
