Built in 2005, this Oregon Coast home features plentiful windows that create a bright living area, a see-through gas fireplace, and a kitchen well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. After a fun-filled day on the beach, you can come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the sun on the secluded back deck. This beautiful home is perfectly located just up the road from a beach access point, allowing you to easily search for seashells, fly kites, and stroll along the ocean shoreline at sunset. Make sure you spend at least one afternoon exploring the dunes and sandstone cliffs of Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area (one mile north), then stop at Pelican Brewing on your way back home to enjoy a beachfront dinner and a few local brews. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. We spent a long weekend in November and loved it! Comfortable beds and seating, and the kitchen was nice. Loved soaking in the big bathtub in the master suite!

This house is walking distance to the beach, the dune, the Pelican and the grocery store. We even walked to Grateful Bread and Riverhouse Grill! Once you arrive you don't have to drive anywhere. The house was perfectly equipped for our group of 6 people. I wouldn't want to cook Thanksgiving dinner there but for a beach weekend it has everything you need! We enjoyed it very much!

This home was so perfect for our family! We loved being able to walk to the beach and town. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. We loved having three bathrooms and the bedrooms were all upstairs which was nice for early risers to have coffee in the morning without disturbing late sleepers. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our fourth year of renting this home and, as always, we were not disappointed. The home is comfortable, clean, and well apportioned. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a short stroll to Cape Kiwanda. We're already planning our trip for next year and will definitely be staying in this home again.
