We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance from the Pelican Pub, sand dune and Cape Kiwanda. Although there were a lot of stairs, the layout was perfect for a group with a large common space and kitchen on the top floor.

We had plenty of room for our family of 12. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room had an amazing view of the ocean, we could watch the kids and grandpa playing in the waves from the couch. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking all our meals there.

This house needs some updating, but the views are amazing and a 15min walk to Pelican Brewing was great. House had most everything we needed. Tall house with a view = lots of stairs!!! Beware :) We enjoyed our stay.

This house is across the street from the beach so we loved the proximity and the incredible views! There was plenty of room for 3 families and the kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs. Overall the house needs some general updates but it was perfect for us and we’d definitely rent the house again!
