Nice large house. We loved the direct beach access! There are some movies and a few books and toys for young kids. Also an Xbox with some games. Lots of space for our group of 9 adults, teens, and big kids to spread out. A queen bed, four double beds, and a crib were available for sleeping. Also a large couch can sleep a couple people if the doubles are too tight to share. Lots of stairs but worth it for the view! We absolutely loved the view of the beach and Haystack Rock! Best part of the house. Just like the pictures. We could sit and stare out those huge third-floor windows for hours.

We loved being so close to the beach and walking distance from the Pelican Pub, sand dune and Cape Kiwanda. Although there were a lot of stairs, the layout was perfect for a group with a large common space and kitchen on the top floor.

We had plenty of room for our family of 12. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The living room had an amazing view of the ocean, we could watch the kids and grandpa playing in the waves from the couch. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking all our meals there.

This house needs some updating, but the views are amazing and a 15min walk to Pelican Brewing was great. House had most everything we needed. Tall house with a view = lots of stairs!!! Beware :) We enjoyed our stay.
