This home is in a lovely spot, the home owners should be proud. I do think Vacasa Rental Company needs more maintenance and cleaning crews. The last two rental houses I stayed in here in Pacific City (in the last two weeks), had too much deferred maintenance, just okay cleaning and a lack of seeing the details that need attention. Things like, lighting not working, ceiling fans not working, ice/water in freezer not working, mildew on shower curtains, broken or no deck chairs, wobbly dining room chairs, no batteries in remotes, no dish towels, only two garbage bags, limited dish detergent, shower soap pumps not working and the list could go on. I don't blame the home owner(s), this home and the last home I stayed in were lovely, but too many things just didn't work or were not there to go un-noticed. I'm sure the homeowners pay a large fee to Vacasa for the upkeep and cleaning of their homes. In my opinion, I think Vacasa could do a lot better.

Beautiful updated home with lovely views of the ocean. Wonderfully equipped kitchen. Loved the game closet with puzzles and family games. Bring some chairs to enjoy the spacious deck. Very responsive to requests and minor issues . Would definitely rent again!
