There's a communal barbecue area and laundry facilities on the grounds, as well as a coffee shop and cafe within easy walking distance. Greet each morning outside on the patio, with a cup of coffee in hand and a view of the ocean waves rolling in. Back inside, the studio is well-equipped with every essential, from a kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster) to a windowside bistro table.
