With two distinct living areas and updated amenities, everyone will have a wonderful time while staying in this beautiful home. Located on the south side of town, you'll be conveniently close to restaurants and other businesses. The cherry on top is that beach access is only one mile from your front door! With a unique round interior, this home is perched on a small hill and is a prime place to enjoy views of the ocean and the end of the Nestucca River. Around town you will find plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including horseback rides on the beach and hang gliding lessons. If you want, you can drive 30 minutes south to Lincoln City or 35 minutes north to Tillamook for even more exciting options. On the lower level of this home are a living area, a kitchenette, a laundry area, and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed) are also on the ground floor. With living spaces on the main floor, this home is perfect for everyone. Upstairs you will find another living room, complete with entertainment options and a cozy wood stove. Throughout this home you will have WiFi access, cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD players and a selection of movies, as well as stunning views of the surroundings, so nobody will be bored here! The top floor also has the primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a sitting area, deck access, and a bathroom. Altogether, this home can comfortably sleep six guests, although up to 10 can stay here if they bring a sleeping bag! Up to four well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you on vacation, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. There is also plenty of parking for boats and vehicles. An upper and lower deck both offer spaces to breathe in the fresh sea air and admire the spectacular views of the scenery. With separate living areas on each floor, this home is an ideal place to stay with two families, but would also be great for a larger family or group of friends. The house has its quirks but we honestly did not mind it at all. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

If the weather cooperates, it is a hard place to beet for a great comfortable view..safe surroundings..wildlife every day. Enjoy..yes it is an old old structure that has weathered the storms, but would come back in a heart beat.

I loved the old charm of this house. There were minor issues with electrical(lights flicker in common area of 2nd floor) and no fans other than a small table top one in one of the bedrooms(it is noted there is no A/C so this would help). The pictures are accurate to what to expect but some oddities I didn't expect such as the main bedroom(king bed) didn't have a complete wall so you don't get complete privacy from the rest of the house. The view very much made it worth the money though.

This house is a perfect rental for those with a type B personality who just want a view, comfy sofas and the ability to bring multiple dogs. The kitchen supplies need serious upgrading so I would pack a few serving/mixing bowls and kitchen knives, and your fave nonstick skillet! Also no outside seating to speak of which is a shame. Work is needed here, but it is a great place for cozy times, puppies and views. I would stay again, just know it isn't the Ritz, but it is good value for money.

This was an affordable and down to earth choice. Pacific City is great and the view is beautiful. In general the place was clean but there were some things that could have used some love (broken curtains in the living room, dishwasher door almost broken, sliding door). Again, this was super comfortable and great to be able to take our dog. Maybe not the best choice for someone with OCD.
