When we arrived to this home the first thing we noticed was the stench! It smelled old and musty and like it had not been cleaned or occupied in a very long time. There were dust bunnies and dirt all over the floors, the couches looked like multiple dogs had been all over them. There was dust and grease coating the lighting fixtures in the kitchen and a major ant infestation. The dishwasher did not work and kept erroring out every time we tried using it. This place has not been well taken care of by the owners or Vacasa cleaning staff. The downstairs was the mustiest of all the rooms, in addition there was trash left in the bathroom trash cans and spiders and webs. I would never stay hear again unless it goes through a complete remodel. The only redeeming quality of this house is its location and proximity to the beach.

Short walk to beautiful beach. I would suggest bringing room sprays for downstairs as very strong musty odor if utilizing that space. Would be helpful to bring throw blankets as there is not extra bedding provided. Hot tub was broken so can't speak on that. Really enjoyed location and exploring area.

The location is the best thing about this rental. The down stairs was not in any condition to be used. The smell is so strong it makes your eyes water. The furniture downstairs is filthy. The widow in the little kitchenette looked like it probably wasn’t cleaned ina very longtime. There was dog poop everywhere in the yard when we arrived. Which I had to clean up. Cob webs every where. Just all in all a dirty smelly rental. Especially the upstairs bathroom- the flooring is carpet it was pretty smelly in there. We made the best of it. I would not stay here agian in the condition it is in. If and when they remodel I may stay here agian.
