Ocean view home with heated floors private hot tub and multiple decks

We really loved this house, 2nd year renting it for my kids and a couple of their friends as a birthday getaway for them. Checked in at 4 friday, left monday at 7. We loved it because of the view, kids room, and hot tub. Beautiful kitchen. However, this was probably our last stay. The price was really steep for 3 nights. Really expensive for what we got. The hot tub wasnt usable until our last night there, sunday(got a 150?ish refund for that). That was a big deal though. When you pay over $2000, I think it was $2400, to rent the place for such a little amount of time and it doesnt have all the working ammenities. The master bathroom jacuzzi hadnt even been cleaned. Had spiders living in it. So i cleaned it, used it, until the hot water ran out. You cant fill the tub with hot water past the jets, so you cant use the jets. So whats the point of that jacuzzi! The master bathroom shower had a leak in the shower head, causing water to spray all over the entire bathroom. The manager fixed that the next day, with a different shower head, while also draining and refilling the jacuzzi. That took majority of the day and it wasnt heated up until the next day (Sunday). There are pee stains in the carpet. A chair was covering one in the master bedroom (no one attempted to ever clean it) and one in the master closet. My kid wouldnt sleep in the bunk bed downstairs because of all the dead bugs in the room. Potato bug and lady bug infestation. They were dead and alive all through out the house. The master bathroom sink needs recaulked. The whole sink moves. Some of the bedding looked clean. Some had hair on it as if they hadnt bothered washing it for awhile. Downstairs bathroom had hair and sand on the floor. Honestly the hot tub was the most disappointing part. The whole top was blown off and broke. Water was filthy. And when she did get it clean, it took forever to heat up. We got one use of it, i tried to use it later that night and it was shut off somehow. Had to heat up all over again, and I didnt get to use it again. It is what it is but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Not enough hot water to fill the jetted tub (which had big spiders crawling out of the jets!!!!) And the hot tub outside, if you can get to it via the crazy steep stairs was dirty. Not enough trash bags or items to clean up with. Bed downstairs was pretty uncomfortable 😐

The home has an amazing view and was very comfortable for family get together. We thoroughly enjoyed the deer in the neighborhood and the ability to bring our dog with use. We gave the house four stars because of the attentiveness of Vacasa though. They were very prompt in responding to a few issues that we had. The house is in need of a deep cleaning and needs some TLC. There were several things missing from the kitchen that we picked up at the thrift store and left behind for other tenants to use in the future. The lower deck with the hot tub and fire pit is not a bonus since it is so treacherous to get to. I would suggest the home owner invest in a better access or not advertise this as an amenity. All in all, we had a great trip and would book with Vacasa again.

This home has incredible views and was great for a family reunion of my adult children and myself. Lots of sleeping options and all of the family could gather in the sizeable living areas and deck. Saw lots of wildlife, enjoyed the impressive views and the quiet neighborhood.

Sweeping views. Great home for family reunion. Comfortably furnished living room and dining area. Decks were fun as well as the fire pit. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Home is very up to date! Has a great view and nice amenities! Will definitely stay here again!
