Beautiful city and beaches! We loved the beaches
Pros: Short distance to the beach, multi levels, plenty of room. Cons: Where do I start. Everything in this house is VERY used and dated. From the living room chair that almost puts you on the floor, flat bed pillows, TV in the "game room" that is ancient and has no streaming capabilities. Do not plan on cooking here unless you bring everything from your own kitchen, especially for 8 people. There is ONE small frying pan, one medium sized pot and a few kitchen utensils (not even a spatula or can opener!) There was a griddle full of grease and all of the plastic on the sides broken. The BBQ needs to go to the dump. Only one side lights (even after manually lighting it) and can only be on medium or low setting. The bottom broke out from corrosion and rust when we moved the grill. 5 very old unsharpened knives, a broke wood cutting board and old toaster ovens that look like they have never been cleaned. Although not required, I am used to staying in AirBnbs that have somewhat of a selection of basic kitchen cooking supplies, spices, cooking oils, coffee for the Keurig, sugar, etc. Theres was a very small selection of spices and that was it. Only one side of the hot tub jets work, there is very limited hot water (no way everyone could shower within the same few hours). The screen door came off the tracks I don't know how many times. The grass is knee high in the backyard and even after contacting Vacasa they would not fix the issue because the backyard and firepit are "not listed amenities". Overall, this house was WAY overpriced for what we got. I am VERY upset and disappointed with this experience. For the price I paid, this feels like it was a quick way for someone to make a profit and not care what the guest experience is like. I do not recommend this house.
