Ideally located only a third of a mile from the beautiful ocean beach in Pacific City, this light-filled home makes a wonderful base on the Northern Oregon Coast. Built in 2017, this home has a lovely sense of polish, with bright rooms decorated in a chic palette of neutral tones. After a day spent at the beach, come home to warm up by the gas fireplace (or perhaps cool off in central AC) and stream movies on the living room's Roku TV. Or, step outside to find a fenced, sandy patio with a gas grill, lounge chairs, and an outdoor firepit (with wood provided) to gather around in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need at mealtime, including stainless steel appliances, a prep island with bar seating, and an adjacent farm-style dining table for eight. After dinner, toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, set up a board game at the coffee table, or escape to the upstairs loft to send a few emails over the high-speed WiFi. The coffee table can be raised to be a standing desk - ideal for remote work or online school. Additional smart TVs can be found in the upstairs loft and most of the bedrooms. This two-story house sits a short walk across Cape Kiwanda Drive from a beach access point. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a boogie board, and a surfboard are provided for your use. You'll also be within strolling distance of other Pacific City favorites, including Pelican Brewing and Cape Kiwanda. THINGS TO KNOW The garage is not used for parking. Please note that all three bedrooms are upstairs. Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach and nearby attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. The hosts were responsive and made the check-in process easy. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the house was. Our family made some great memories here, and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this vacation home and overall had a really good experience. The house itself is nice, spacious, and very clean, which made it comfortable for our stay. The beds were extra firm but surprisingly very comfortable, and we slept well each night. There were a few inconveniences worth noting. The grill was quite dirty when we arrived, so we had to clean it ourselves and purchase a grill brush. There was also no dishwasher detergent provided, so we ended up buying our own. Additionally, the power went out during our stay, and there were no flashlights or batteries available for the flameless candles, which would have been helpful. One thing future renters should be aware of is the nearby construction. It started early each morning and did wake us up. At the time of our stay, it looked like they had only just begun working on the foundation, so it may be ongoing for a while. On the positive side, the location is great—it's a short, easy walk to both the beach and a nearby coffee shop. We also really appreciated the beautiful Christian scriptures and decorations throughout the home, which added a peaceful and meaningful touch to the space. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again.

This home was clean, well decorated, and within walking distance to the beach. The layout and the bed set up in the rooms were perfect. This home is actually 2 1/2 bath. I believe the description said 3 full baths. The grill was very rusty and we were unable to use it. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked, to the point of not providing any kitchen towels. The parking was great, it was a quiet neighborhood. If the kitchen was stocked better and the grill was in working order I'd recommend this home.
