We had an excellent time spending a couple days at the beach at Cape Kawanda. The house was perfect and within walking distance!

I would give this home FIVE stars except for a few things... The home itself is terrific, it's practically brand new, the finishes and layout are terrific, the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work. We tried it four times and when we contacted Vacasa, they brought us extra dishwasher detergent. This isn't the fault of the house but Vacasa could have done better. The other thing that was a disappointment was the back yard. The online photos of the listing show a lush green lawn in back, and instead it was filled with dry, two foot tall weeds... These things can be easily fixed and my guess is that they will be soon

we love most about this property the layout design and all about the house and surrounding property, but the tranquility and view from the living room was awesome for our Family get away from the craziness of the City, the process from booking to check-In and check-out, and communication from managing was amazing
