The main living area creates a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, with a well-appointed full kitchen and spacious dining area for big group meals. The home's convenient location lends to a quick walk to the beach. The path winds around the house and through the neighborhood to a nearby access point, so there’s no need to take the main road. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after you get home from the beach. After a full schedule of fun in the water, walking your dog, or sightseeing at some of the local shops less than a mile away, a hot tub awaits to help you relax and wind down. Star gaze while listening to the waves. Yard games and a foosball table are included so that everyone can spend time together, while the family chef prepares dinner on the outdoor gas grill. Quality furnishings outside make dining alfresco easy. After dinner relax together on the sprawling leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite program on the Roku TV. This was a trip with my wife and 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to the beach for walks in the morning and evening and proximity to a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the comfortable beds and furniture. We also enjoyed trying out the sand boards on the giant sand dune at Cape Kiwanda. While staying in Pacific City we rented quads from Tsunami ATV and played at Sand Lake recreation area, rented a boat from Netarts Bay Garden RV and had a lot of fun crabbing, and visited the Tillamook cheese factory. We ate breakfasts at Ben & Jeff’s, and Stimulus Coffee and Bakery, and dinner at Pelican Brewing Co. Everything was remarkable and memorable and we had a wonderful time. We hope to return.

We had a great time. The home managed to feel both spacious and cozy at the same time, perfect for our family of four. The location was super close to the beach, and far enough from the main drag that we got to enjoy deer walking through the garden and see the milky way at night while enjoying the hottub
